Custom Size Window Screen Kit Assembly (Mill Silver)

Custom-cut window screen kits require assembly but not cutting of metal. To ensure a perfect fit, please provide the total width and height of your desired screen, keeping in mind that the metal will be cut 1-1/2" shorter than your specifications to accommodate the corners.

To customize your window screen, choose your frame color and any additional features. Assemble the frames, install the hardware, and attach the screen material. Our standard 5/16" x 3/4" aluminum frames come with color-matched corners and your choice of hardware.

All screens are cut to your specific sizes with a tolerance of plus or minus 1/16". Please double-check your measurements before ordering. If possible, measure from an existing screen of the same size for the most accurate results.
